phmacoa accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Members may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer their account to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account or to allow a third party to operate an account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their phmacoa account credentials, including their password and any OTP codes received on their registered mobile device. phmacoa strongly advises Members to:
phmacoa will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, except where such loss results directly from phmacoa's own negligence or wilful misconduct. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. phmacoa reserves the right to request verification that the payment method belongs to the account holder before processing a withdrawal request. Members may request withdrawal of funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

In the event of any dispute between a Member and phmacoa, the Member is encouraged to first contact phmacoa's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. phmacoa will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within seven (7) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes are applicable and the Member elects to invoke those processes.
phmacoa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the registered mobile number or email address on file, and/or by prominent notice displayed on the phmacoa platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
A Member's continued use of the phmacoa platform after the effective date of any amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting phmacoa customer support.
